The process starts with you/your business, filing a detailed brief, discussing every aspect of your proposed website. The information discussed ranges from preferred colour/font to the actual content and how you would like your website to function. From here the development cycle gets to be fun! We start to develop your website once we have all the necessary information from you. Our production manager will liaise with you, the sales executive and the team, not only to keep you informed along the way but also to ensure that the creative and development processes run smoothly.
The look and feel is created.
Your content is sifted through, looking for any spelling errors, logical flow, ease of reading for your viewers/ target market. We begin building your website once you have approved your layout and the content is ready. The layout is applied and the content uploaders will then upload the content and style accordingly. Pages, content and modules are quality checked to maximize your search engine submissions. Throughout development, the sales executive will manage the communication process between you and our development team, ensuring that the end product meets all your expectations.
Once development is complete, your website is handed over to our sales executive who will review your site and then make it available for you to check online. Once you have reviewed the site and approved any final changes, your website will be linked to the official domain (e.g. www.comealive.co.za) and final handover takes place.
We will provide you with training at our premises. This training will cover information on our CMS as well as how to update/ edit your website at your convenience. You will also be introduced to your Online Account Manager who will assist you with the ongoing management/ updates of your website. Additional support can be provided on our side and can be included in your hosting contract should you not have the time to edit your website.
