As wonderful as the internet can be, it also has its dark side. Interlaced among the million or so websites on the Net are thousands of highly offensive sites relating to child pornography, hate crimes, drugs and other issues a responsible parent would normally not allow into their home or space. The application is based on the growing concern regarding the impact of certain harmful internet content and material in our society of today and more specifically our children
A BBC documentary was broadcasted on the devastating effect a teenage internet suicide cult in Bridgend, Scotland, had on its community and in specific, this particular father who had lost his daughter, due to suicide within his own home, whose words were, “ Had I only known what she was up to, I might have prevented this".
- Come Alive NetParent is not only a content filtering tool or an application that blocks predetermined websites, but rather acts as a real time notification tool enabling the parent or the user to add or remove any words or alpha-numeric symbols to a customized dictionary that will act as trigger.

NetParent SMS-Alert is a first-to-market product that will act as an interactive content filter where the parent is (constantly) notified in real time via sms or e-mail of what the child is exploring on the World Wide Web, enabling the parent to terminate such a connection via sms, or simply block/unblock access to the computer remotely.
